How to identify a journal article

To identify a journal article, look for features such as an abstract, a structured layout (introduction, methods, results, and discussion), and a reference list. It is typically written by authors affiliated with academic or research institutions and published in a journal with a volume and issue number. Many journal articles include a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) for easy identification.
