Mendeley

Mendeley is a reference manager, academic collaboration network and crowd sourced database with a unique layer of social information research.

Mendeley Desktop is available on Mac, Windows and Linux. Mendeley Web functions on all major browsers. Mobile versions of Mendeley are available for iPad, iPhone and Android devices.

What is EndNote?

EndNote is a robust software program with an online and desktop component that:

  • Helps you to create, store, and manage your references and citations.
  • Streamlines the process by allowing you to save your chosen references from online resources such as the library databases and Google Scholar directly into your EndNote library.
  •  Seamlessly insert the references and citations from your EndNote library into Microsoft Word / Google Docs.
  •  Automatically generates a bibliography in your preferred referencing style.
