Thank you for your interest in scheduling a Virtual Reality (VR) lab appointment at the University of Johannesburg Library! Please take a moment to read the following instructions before proceeding to the appointment booking form:
1. Eligibility: VR lab appointments are available to all registered students and UJ Staff. Please ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria before booking.
2. Duration: Each VR lab session is limited to a maximum of 1 hour per individual and a maximum of 3 hours per group appointment.
3. Assistance: If you require assistance from our VR space team during your session, please specify your needs in the "How would you like the VR space team to assist you?" section of the form.
4. Equipment and Software: You can select your preferred VR equipment from the provided options (Vive Elite, Oculus Quest 2, PlayStation VR, Desktops). If you have specific software requirements, please indicate them in the "Specific Software Requirement" section.
5. Contact Information: Ensure that you provide a valid email address for appointment confirmation and communication. Phone numbers are optional but can be helpful for timely updates.
6. Booking Confirmation: After submitting the form, you will receive a booking confirmation email with further details about your VR lab appointment.
