The Quest 3 features advanced inside-out tracking, using high-resolution built-in cameras to accurately detect the position and movement of both the headset and the updated Meta Touch Plus Controllers. It is engineered as a standalone VR headset, meaning it operates independently without the need for a computer or external sensors. All the essential hardware is integrated into the headset itself. The headset employs inside-out tracking, utilizing its built-in cameras to monitor the position of both the headset and the Touch Controllers, thus eliminating the necessity for external sensors. Notably, the Meta Touch Controllers have undergone enhancements for the Quest 2, featuring improved ergonomics and enhanced tracking capabilities.

It's important to note that the Vive Cosmos Elite employs an external tracking system, distinguishing it from the inside-out tracking of the Oculus Quest 2. These controllers provide precise tracking and a comfortable grip, enabling a wide array of engaging VR interactions. Furthermore, user comfort is a priority in the headset's design, featuring a convenient flip-up design, allowing users to raise the headset from their face swiftly, without the need for complete removal.

PlayStation VR (PS VR) is a virtual reality headset developed by Sony Interactive Entertainment for use with the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 gaming consoles.
